Shipping costs
When ordering from Wasserwerk, we do not charge you any shipping costs for the delivery of the goods. The costs we charge include loading and packaging fees as well as postage costs.
We ship exclusively with GLS and only within Germany, Austria, France and the Netherlands. Parcel shipping for all Wasserwerk products is 100% climate-neutral (through CO2 compensation by means of climate protection certificates).
Delivery time
The delivery time is approx. 2-3 working days.
Orders received by 12:00 (Mon - Fri) are often dispatched on the same day.
Returns
Returns are also completely free of charge within the first 14 days.
Shipment tracking
You will receive a link to track your consignment so that you can follow the status of your delivery at all times.
