Shipping 

Arising costs of postage, delivery and packaging in Germany and Austria will be paid by WASSERWERK.

Therefore, we do not charge you any extra fee for delivery and shipment of Wasserwerk products.

For deliveries outside of Germany or Austria, shipping cost may differ.

We ship all our Wasserwerk goods with climate-neutral parcel shipping by GLS.

Returns

Within 14 days upon receipt of your Wasserwerk products you can return these free of charge. In order to return a Wasserwerk product, please contact our customer service using the contact form on our website, write an e-mail or call the customer service under +49 5407 8152902.

Delivery time

We usually deliver all available items within 2-3 working days.

All orders will be dispatched and handed over to our shipping service provider immediately after receipt of payment or latest on the day after receipt of payment (except Saturdays).

Traking

As soon as your Wasserwerk order has left our warehouse, we will send you a shipping confirmation via e-mail including a link to track the shipment. With this link you can always check the delivery status of your order.
