A WASSERWERK faucet will faithfully accompany you for many years. We highlight this with a 10-year warranty (see manual for warranty conditions) and a 15-year repurchase warranty on many spare parts such as cartridges, aerators, seals, hoses and much more.

Shipping and return are free of charge for you. Thereby you can have your WASSERWERK faucet delivered to your home without any risk. And best of all, our product shipping is climate-neutral. This means that unavoidable transport emissions are offset by CO2 compensation.

Sustainability taken seriously
Sustainability is taken seriously at WASSERWERK. The entire company is climate-neutral in terms of its balance sheet - thanks to CO2 compensation. In production, administration and the warehouse we use electricity that we generate ourselves through large photovoltaic systems. In addition, we use a sustainable heat pump for our space heating. We also avoid plastic as far as possible when shipping our faucets and store our products already in shipping packaging. Thereby we reduce additional packaging waste.
